        Searched for a while places to learn BJJ and I was always pointed towards Darren and Helen. I've trained at the HQ and gyms run by there senior students and none disappoint and always provide a great experience. Wish I still lived in the area still so I could be there a lot more than the occasional drop in. Great instruction and amazing atmosphere.

        Great kids classes and great adults classes, very laid back atmosphere (hope you like puns and dad jokes), very detailed technical knowledge taught from at least one of three resident black belts, with guest black, brown and purple belts dropping in weekly, also has a very popular beginners class for people new to BJJ and wishing to try it out specifically with other beginners, however beginners are welcome to all classes at time of writing.(Better off checking with a quick phone call before hand) This place becomes more like a family than somewhere to go train, everyone's awesome!
