Since then, I have also joined adult kickboxing and karate and am throughly enjoying it. I have struggled many years finding a form of exercise which I actually enjoy doing. Every lesson is different and you are always learning something new, whilst having lots of giggles along the way!
All of the instructors are friendly, welcoming and inspiring. We really appreciate all of your hard work and dedication, thank you PMA!
