The atmosphere as soon as you walk in Jenny's is always welcoming ,Jenny , Carol and Bev are very experienced hair-dressers and if the person who complained about their appointment being canceled obviously hadn't listened when he was asked if he would call in before-hand to discuss the condition of their hair how could they know how long it would take? They need to know the time because clients following them don't want to have to wait while someone makes up their mind what they want doing !!!!!!

Arrived only to be told they'd scratched me from their appointments. Was told their reason was because I had not been in prior so they could check my hair before lowlights could be done. I pointed out that I'd travelled quite a long way but they weren't bothered - luckily I had to be in the town anyway but not that early. If you are new to this salon avoid it.
