        Good old school gym feel to it just wot I like bodybuildeing and strongman stuff can't go Rog poor at opening on time

        This place it brilliant .and owner and trainer are great .top machines and strong man stuff is first rate

        If you want an excellent gym...heres the place to be! Both Laminaous and Dovile are excellent personal trainers who not only care about what you want(they listen to everything you say) they will assist you in that goal. If you have an issue with food and diets...speak to them, they will help you. There is different options for you to choose from. My advice is to have either working alongside you, their rate is verrry reasonable as they are both professionals...put it this way you wouldnt find the dedication and passion for their clients anywhere else. But if you already know what you are doing...they will leave you to it!. Yr safety and health is paramount to them...dont forget to ask them about the massages!. Just whats needed after a stressful day at work or a workout. I was so very impressed and this review isnt praising them enough. Please drop in, you wont regret it. Update: laiminous no longer there but Dovile and her partner are as amazing as always and will push you should you need it!
