        Avoid at all costs, they caused my family so much distress with a fundamental error, then tried to back track on their mistake and blame the grieving family, after initially offering to make good their error..

        Absolutely disgusted Rang to arrange my uncles funeral for when the inevitable happens I can only do weekend appointments and the man was rude Hung up on me Wont recommend co op to anyone

        Thank you so much to Nichola, Sam, Ellie and all staff, including the design team, for taking such care of myself and my husband following my Mum's recent passing. You held our hand the whole way through and went above and beyond to help us through a very sad and difficult time. You treated Mum with so much dignity and we thank you so much for that and everything. Helen, Martin and family xx

        Could not have asked for anything better, Sam on the telephone, and especially Paul, they couldnt do enough for us, they gave my husbands brother a good send off, they went above and beyond, nothing was to much for them, and we thank you so much x x
