We have always used this car wash and always been happy with the service until today! We took our caravan as they apparently offer that service. Well they do u less you want your roof cleaning!!! We can wash the rest of the caravan ourselves but can't reach the roof and that is the only reason we were prepared to pay 20 but we were told at the end it's too high and you need a special ladder! So you don't offer caravan cleaning then! Also failed to dry the car which has always been part of the service. Sorry to say we wont be going back!
