Amazing customer experience from Springfield Ford. Bought the car last year when there were supply problems with Ford dropping many models and engine options leaving only the hybrid in production, with no models of the vehicle we wanted with that engine in the UK. Springfield went over and above providing similar cars with the same engine to test drive, also allowing a non committal order to be placed. Much better experience than offered by Ford Castleford, who we originally approached. Was kept up to date throughout the process. Service provided since by Springfield has been exceptional, very customer focused without any pressure to buy other products. Cant imagine going anywhere else.

While I did not buy a car from here, I felt the need to commend the advice and support given by the salesmen here. This is a garage run by enthusiasts, who will research to answer your questions and qualms. As well as, make special accommodations about any skepticism you may have. I also appreciate the relaxed attitude by from the staff, which is much more effective than the pushy salesmen found in larger dealerships.

Excellent independent Ford dealer. The team are excellent and provide a fantastic service. So much better than the usual suspects that are commodity sellers. More dealers should be like this!
