Not even 1 star!! Ripped me off with nearly 1000 no dress ignored!! 6 months before my wedding!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Struggling to give 1 star here. Had an appointment for 3 weeks for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. We turn up before time, try the shop door at the time of the appointment. For it to be locked. I called the woman - no answer. To then have a text message 10 minutes after the appointment to rearrange due to illness. No communication beforehand to make us aware of this. My business is going elsewhere

I ordered my prom dress from this shop after reading all the bad reviews and deciding to give the business the benefit of the doubt thinking that people were just being dramatic- how wrong I was! I was sold a dream that I could have any dress I wanted tailor made to me and I ended up with no dress, stressing a week before prom. Communication was shocking from the beginning, we had multiple appointments cancelled day off and messages not being answered for weeks. In the end my mum had to storm into the shop a few weeks before my prom date for answers finally to be told that there was no dress made and there would never be one made. I truly dont believe we wouldve received any confirmation or refund if she hadnt have gone in. Would not recommend to anyone.

Made an appointment for my other half to come down on the 29th of January at 12 noon after it had been arranged that they could make the dress she wanted for our wedding, the appointment was to get measurements and see some different materials, explained that we had a 2 and a half hour drive down the road and she said she was open on Sundays, great. Arrived at half past 11 and the door was closed, we tried it and it was locked, we rang the number on the door and the one thats online 5/6 times and sent multiple messages to see if someone was in the shop or if someone was on the way, no answer, completely ignored, no call or text the day before or in the morning to say they would be closed and re arrange the appointment. My partner had paid for the dress in full as it was part of there March deal in 2022. We will be asking for a full refund and will not be using or recommending this place ever again, what a disappointment.
