        Ordered a cycling shoe before the Easter holidays and there was a problem with stock sizes and they swiftly amended it and gave me a different colour which I liked. Customer service is top notch! I highly recommend this place for your cycling needs and the price is reasonable too!

        Excellent service. I cycled into work and my rear tyre broke / bent. Dropped it off and was fixed within the hour, so I was able to cycle home. Very reasonable price as well.

        Can't recommend J's highly enough. I dealt with Chris who was always willing to go out of his way to make things easier for me through the C2W process. These things can take a while but Chris kept me informed throughout, accommodated all my requests and changes and even managed to get me my bike sooner than expected. Bike was built to perfection, with the added bonus of my old components having been put through a parts cleaner so they felt brand new!
