        Disappointing that the bank is closed on Wednesday (Market Day) when one would think it should be open for customers when visiting the market. This makes a second visit to Pontefract necessary and nonsensical. When mentioned to staff about not being open, they were condescending stating it is what it is!! As Barclays continue to close banks in various local towns thus making banking transactions difficult especially for elderly and infirm people, perhaps it is time to find a different bank. Whatever happened to quality customer support?
