        I'm going on the staff () rather than NatWest as a bank which i have few words for. The layout is awful. No privacy at all. Other customers can not only hear your conversation but also see if the screen is turned or visible to them. Its a huge concern actually...i love the team but im seriously considering leaving due to that reason. The staff are fantastic. Professional yet kind and will go above and beyond to help. Chris is just amazing. She will help with any enquiry...to be honest thought they are all great and friendly. Try the mobile app if you can. It's excellent and will save you time AND more importantly...the rest of the customers seeing your business!. Sorry Natwest but such a letdown.

        i believe i spoke to a lady with the name chris. apologies if that is the wrong name, she had short blond hair. she was absolutely lovely and supportive and helped me with my overdraft application. her customer service was top notch and she was really informative thankyou!
