        I work Monday to Friday so have to take a full day off to do anything st the Bank as they are not open on Saturdays. Unlike santander

        Awful service from arsereef on the customer service desk went in to do a simple task of adding another lloyds customer to my account was told it wasnt possible without an appointment,although the 4 previous times I have done this its been completed in 5 minutes at the desk! Was even told he didnt know the process! Even I know the process as the application Form is online! Theres no wonder all these branches are just being filled with cash machines as they give far better customer service. Really given me a bad impression of lloyds seriously considering moving all my accounts
