25 minutes waiting in the que. Got to the front as I wanted to draw some money out (more than I am able to at the cash machine) I get to the front to be told I need to wait as there aren't any 20 notes. No apology, no sense of urgency at all. They really don't care here about their customers and it's really clear to see. Change of bank is now needed as this isn't the first time I've been here and the same impression. Other people in the que were also saying the same sort of things.

28/Dec/22 went in to withdraw 8000 today but was greeted by a very unhelpful Rude ,unpleasant Counter Lady! She Blamed me for withdrawing my Card from her machine even though it had asked me to remove it? then she Made it very unpleasant and difficult difficult to complete my withdrawal, so i requested my Card back and Left the Branch without my money request ! I think i will cancel my Account and take my Large account deposit to a more considerate and caring Bank! (poor old Halifa!!! )

I'd like to put 0stars after the poor rude service received in branch today! Very rude first member of staff who didn't seem to listen then the manager even ruder all in all I left without a resolution feeling worse than when I entered due to the poor service received

All the staff are brilliant. As partly disable, most times. I need help to do things. Nothing is too much for them
