Halfords - Pontefract

If youre after a new bike or advice on bikes, Nathan at the pontefract branch is your man. We where so impressed with his great customer service, knowledge of bikes and the products on offer and after we thought we where needing a childrens 26inch bike came away with a small mans bike which was similar in price and a better quality for what my son needed it for and will last him a lot longer. We will definitely back for our others sons next bike.

Been to Halfords for some bulbs changing, ended up with a premium plan and a car check. Very happy with this service particularly Jason who did a great job- thank you

Booked for bike to be looked over. When I arrived the gentleman was miserable and unhelpful, telling me that as I arrived slightly earlier I would have to wait and that I couldn't leave the bike with them. This makes no sense given how long it takes to actually look over a bike and they also told me they were behind on repairs so couldn't do any. I mean why would you even offer a service they can't fulfill. I rang Evans down the road and they were helpful and let me drop the bike off with them straight away. Won't be going back to them again.

Bought my sons first bike from here back in December 2022 and unfortunately he had a problem with it in April (the chain kept coming off because of a lack of tension). Took it in and Cameron and his bearded colleague (sorry didnt catch his name!) were fantastic! They sorted the issue out straight away and even fitted his new balance bar properly so my son could start using it right away. Couldnt recommend more! Thanks guys.
