We called this afternoon for our grandparents who were having issues with their toilet, the lady on the phone was very quick and ensured us that someone would be out today to solve this situation. After hanging up and within 5minutes Ben was ringing to say he would be with us within the hour! He arrived on time and was very polite and very efficient he made my grandparents feel at ease, and got the job done within the hour and saved the pipe from being cut.
