The teaching staff are brilliant, loads of free courses to choose from and managers are lovely! Love this place and highly recommend it!!! Quick to refund your money if its within the 14 day period before the start of the course, as per their terms and conditions, if you are doing a paid course.

I came to do a course and due to illness could not attend 14 days prior, immediately I was refunded any monies owed to me without any hesitation or questions. The staff were amazing, extremely understanding and helpful. I then called to ask about other courses and advice and again the other part-time lady administrator was very informative explaining everything I needed to do. The manager was also there and was awesome in her dealings with all the different students she was speaking to. I cannot thank them enough for all their prompt attention to everything I asked for and needed. Thank you, the best training provider I have come across! I wish I could give more stars but google only allow me up to 5*

Extremely rude, especially to minorities. They are not willing to explain what are you paying for, be very careful if you are making any payment. Avoid at all costs!
