        I own and rent a maisonette that is below a property that is owned and managed by this Agent. There has been leaking from the bathroom/kitchen since at least April 2017 (when i acquired my current phone). My tenant reports the leaks to me and we contact the agent, sometimes they deal with it but most of the time it is ignored. We are told that they will send a plumber but two and a half years! They say they speak Turkish, but they don't speak to the Tenant. The guy, Sal, said to me "would you like someone to disconnect your washing machine" If it was pouring into the flat below I would disconnect it myself and buy a new washing machine or fix the problem.!
