        Appalling - 0 stars (I had to put 1 to allow the below to be entered) - they have a great message that plays on their call waiting system but the reality I experienced was totally unprofessional, rude and vulgar - both down the phone and in-person on the street outside my property. I credit one young lady on the telephone for listening and trying to help me out. I hate to write this kind of review but if it saves someone else being exposed to the abuse and disregard that I faced it will be worth it.

        A true example of a "scamming" business. I dealt with AD Williams Enfield. I'm filling a complaint against them whoever wants to join me and make this claim stronger in court should please reach out.

        To be honest I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews but I couldn't fault their service in any way. Their service was professional and quick. We were kept up to date on a regular basis and the car was returned within the week. Very happy with the results too! Service: Body & Trim
