Horrendous service, absolutely disgusting behaviour. Rude staffs, avoid at all cost. Very unprofessional and worst customer service in the UK. Deal with other branches, the management should train all staffs thats if they know what they are doing to begin with.

This retail unit is run mostly by very good staffs tunde / Peter / zlatixo, Not surprised people love Screwfix.
