My review was honest. My son's identity is his curly hair and he would never agree to have them cut off completely. On the phone you told me that you were not in the shop so you cannot say for a fact what happened, just what your barber told you. On the phone you told me that he wanted his hair spiked but there is not enough left to spike so that is the proof that he didn't get what he requested. Yes he was shown the sides and back before the top was cut and this is what the cctv will show but he did not say it was alright to lose his curls. My review may seem harsh to you but it is my honest opinion and maybe it will help your future customers to be more specific and outspoken before they get their haircut there. I am not a liar which is why I left the review I did. A bad haircut can happen from time to time but I can not tolerate liars. A tip for your barbers, next time someone comes in with a stutter, take a bit more time to make sure you understand. We have used the shop for almost 20 years and all new barbers there which is a shame as the ones previously knew my son very well.

My son asked for a number 4 fade with his curls left on top. They done no. 4 all over and he looks like he's been butchered He looks like it was done by a 5 year old using blunt scissors. Phoned to speak to manager who lied through his teeth and said he got what he asked for. A bad haircut I can deal with, liars I can't! My recommendation...AVOID!
