This delivery company gives Hermes a run for its money when it comes to the worst delivery courier in the UK. I had ordered a TV that was scheduled to arrive in the morning between a 8 - 11. They then sent an email at 10 saying no one home and card left by the door which was complete lies, there was no card at the door and nobody have attempted a delivery as I had been in all morning. They then made me reschedule the delivery where the 'best' they could do was 6 days later. I am also complaining to Very as this is not the quality of delivery service expected for such a high valued item and when paying an additional 9 for delivery.

Poor service. Were supposed to collect and recycle a washing machine as part of the delivery but refused to take it after removing machine components and finding a small amount of water inside. Do not think it is part of their job to take apart a washing machine and even if it was who turns up to recycle a used washing machine expecting it to be completely free of any water? Told me that someone would call to arrange another collection but this was a lie and arrow are now refusing to collect the machine.

Disgraceful company. Items were ordered to be delivered before a birthday. They then said only available slots for 3 days later meaning missed the birthday and had to take a day off work for a Tuesday rather than a Saturday delivery. Then on the Tuesday they say they have lost the package in their warehouse and cant deliver it! Joke.

I had to arrange redelivery of an item due to the death of my father-in-law. Despite giving 48hrs notice of the new time, they decided to charge twice for delivery due to a timing technicality. The rescheduled delivery was though on time and well managed
