        I have been contacting the DHL helpline for 3 days now, each time being told that the item would be dispatched the next day and it has not. Apparently it is just sitting in their holding bay. The app says that nothing has happened either utterly useless!!! I would rate a zero stars if I could

        No updates to delivery. Shame as DHL don't even care about reviews because they get so many bad ones. I full expect my delivery to get lost now. Expected better from German run companies. Brexit should mean these companies back to UK.

        Very strange, so to say, delivery from this depot. One parcel is delivered 3 days after the expected day (stayed in depot before that), another - a week later though they were both at the same depot at the same day previously. They don't take into account re-arrangements at all, and just delivery on random dates.
