Not a good service, I had to wait over a week for the bit to arrive and I was told to purchase another for over 150 whilst I was waiting for the other one to arrive which isnt acceptable The bit didnt suit my horse so sent it back they received it back on the 27th February, 6th March still no refund cleared and PayPal advised it could take another week to clear Would not use again

Excellent knowledgeable advice given by Vicky and all staff in fact ,very patient on listening to horses needs ,which was especially nice a rarity in these times , couldnt be more satisfied with the excellent service I have received , thank you so much.

Thank you to the lovely staff for their exemplary service. They answered all of my questions, and were able to offer comprehensive advice on a particular Fager bit. Excellent professional service from the knowledgeable staff. It helps when a company know their products. Highly recommend and will be my first choice when buying bits in the future. Thank you.
