Don't think I could of met such a kind genuine car dealer. My car broke down and in a panic I brought a car that I really needed till I found the car I was looking for. Muhammad Sultan allowed me to use the car for a week till I found the car I wanted and gave me a full refund on the car I purchased. Such a lovely caring man. Served by Muhammad Sultan who could not have been more patient, helpful, insightful and supportive. Part exchanged my beloved Audi Q7 due to family reasons. Muhammad took the time to properly - and respectfully - inspect and test drive my car before agreeing on a fair price in order to part ex-change for a 2016 MINI Countryman. I placed a deposit in the morning to secure the car, returned with all relevant paperwork a few hours later and swiftly concluded the deal with a hearty smile and sincere handshake. Warranty options and roadside assistance was offered but no hard sell. The purchased MINI was also fairly priced and immaculately presented. Other used car salesmen could do with taking a leaf out of Muhammad and Focus Autos book. First class. Well done and thank you.
