        Richard created and held a safe space for me to explore my inner landscape in unexpected and new directions. I found him to be deeply empathic and a sharp listener. He was very creative with the therapeutic sessions, often engaging me in entirely new ways to bring fresh insights. The work we did together was life changing for me. I always felt safely 'held' during my sessions and I can say we did the most important and transformative therapeutic work of my life under his careful guidance and care.
