    Tried speaking to someone on the chat and they said they didn't have any spaces for a one on one personal trainer which I understood. I later replied back and asked to be contacted when spaces freed up so I could pay for there services but just got completely ignored. Very unprofessional and makes me feel like I wouldn't be welcome. Better off going somewhere else.

    I was feeling extremely low about my weight and self esteem, I had decided to venture to look for a personal Trainer although I was highly skeptical and not motivated at all. I had uploaded my details and some of the things I was hoping to achieve fitness wise on a database which allowed PTs in the area to be able to contact me. After a long search I was genuinely even less motivated I felt no PT was focused on my goals I received a call from Ishmael who instantly had uplifted me even made me laugh, During our phone call I had expressed my concerns fitness wise I was highly Unmotivated and also consistently working but really wanted to make a change and after our conversation I was immediately uplifted and felt more confident in this process, he had made it clear what would be achievable and what would be realistic, which helped greatly as he doesnt sugar coat anything. After my session I felt elevated in spirits, Ishmael has a very positive character which is highly infectious. He has exercises and routines AND. Meal plans which are tailored to each persons individuality and ability. He walked me through step by step in each session what we would be doing even did trials to see if I would be able to follow through the reps which I always was able to, with his help. Every sessions is different I was taught boxing, sprinting and different types of cardio no week was the same repetitive workout. I was also taught how to portion my meals and to stop bad habits over time this has given me an overall stop to my bad eating habits and changed the way I look at food, something which I am mostly grateful for as I can take this with me even after our sessions were completed. Overall Ishmael had conducted well planned routines and exercises and reps too as always had me at ease which led me to actually enjoy working out something which Id never been able to do. I had lost a stone and Half throughout this journey and to this day I am extremely grateful for his help, I would have never been able to get myself up and look the best I have done in a long time. So a BIG Thank you Ishmael!

    A really fun and motivating trainer who helps me realise that I am able to reach targets that I thought I wouldnt be able to attain. He has a great communication style and always explains the benefits of certain exercises for particular muscle groups. He makes training fun and allays the fear or anxiety that I have about not being able to do something
