Receptionist at the dentist was a very unhelpful women she kept saying there is no appointments. First she told me over the phone there is and after 2 mins she said no. PleaSe SORT out your receptionist. Been here for nearly 15 years and never met a udutely rude lady.

My 5 year old had a filling last month i was told any problems she will need to go straight back. I phoned today because she's been up all night crying and has an absess, clearly an infection. To be told they can't see her til the 28th. Because the dentist that did it is away. Todays the 14th. What a joke. Also her appointment when she had her filling done in the first place was cancelled twice by them.

Very unreliable. Cancel appointments by text but never stating which appointment date is cancelled and for whom. As a mother of 4 I find this confusing and a great inconvenience to call up, wait in a queue to be told the next appointment is 6 months away.

Excellent overall Specially the lady on reception who refers to people as lovey :) So warm and genuine, she is amazing x

SHOCKING, if I could leave no stars I would, rude and no manners, I had the last 2 appointment cancel on me. The first in 3rd week of November (appointment was at 8:00am and got told at 17:00pm night before), and was told I had to wait till today for next appointment, then today my appointment was at 16:30 then at 14:02 today got told its cancelled again and now gotta wait till April. The lady was called kept calling me 'lovey' very condescending. Then to top it of now being told that because its so long I have to have a check up first before I can have the tooth removed and a filling replace which is what the original appointment was for. Trying to explain this, wellno point as she clearly never wanted to listen and clearly did not care. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
