This is my local parcel shop, which I use regularly. I've always had a good relationship with them, friendly and helpful. I know some people complain about being asked to return another time for parcels, so I would say as it can get busy, maybe avoid certain times of the day, I normally go to collect my parcel in the late evening and on the day it arrives

Beware if you have a parcels to collect in this store!! I went to pick up my parcels and the man behind the counter instead of giving the parcel that was right next to him along with other parcels, decided to ignore me and pass all the customers ahead with the argument that I had to wait because I am not a customer but a service, I replied saying that I was in a hurry and it was my turn to be attended just like any other customer. he just continued to ignore me and attend to all the other people who were behind me, asking me to came back another day !! After 5 customer he finally gave me the parcel which I grabbed with no more conversation, and he started insulting me! Calling me motherf***** !!! no respect at all! There are no values or respect for others in this store, he is not treating you the same way if you are collecting your parcels, beware!

Dont register as a parcel shop if you cant manage the service. Went all the way to be told to come back tomorrow.
