        Located within the Library at Pollards Hill the ladies are available to help customers with account queries, some transactions and help using the Barclays App. There is no cash facilities available at the Library.

        Yesterday afternoon 4th of June 2021 went to Washwood Heath Branch to withdraw the money and had very unpleasant experience with the person called Mr Hussain. He's very rude, very aggressive and very unhelpful to barclays customers. He refused to given his name and ignored me then I asked his name to other staff. Barclays should not have these kind of rude staff in the branches.
