I had my medication collected by another person that definitely wasnt me. I spoke to someone this morning it was first a lady and she said I cant hear you speak to pharmacist then the pharmacists proceeded to take over the conversation and asked for my name but he couldnt hear anything when I went to spell my name. He kept getting all the letters wrong. He proceeded to say he cant find me on the system. I think staff are rude and disrespectful. Im not surprised other people are leaving bad reviews. I hope the person that did get my medication did not use it.

Ive tried to phone 63 times this week. Not once has anyone answered the phone.

Avoid this place!!! Bad attitude, bad service, worst manager in the pharmacy system. They like to blame you, the customer. Useless, couldn't care about mistakes, refuse to correct them, refuse to help

Unfortunately the staff seem to pay more attention to their shelf stacking rather than serving customers. Hope this was just a one off and has been rectified ... but not sure it has!

Don't know whats wrong with the staff lately they just want to hover round the pharmacist n leave the shop to get full
