I enquired about a drain cover repair in early November and supplied dimensions for pricing as requested on Thursday the 3rd. 5 days later I had heard nothing so asked if my information had been received. I got an apology that it was his `daughter's birthday' and a promise of a quote the next day. The last message I received from D Roe Groundworks was "Will sort it pal " at 8:30pm on Tuesday 8th of November.....over 6 weeks ago!

Absolutely delighted with the reasonably big 2 week job Dan, Matt and Reece have done in our back garden. Excavated an entire raised layer to bring it all back to flat to open up new useable space & then installed brand new footings & retaining walls / new fence & posts / drainage / superb new porcelain patio and fresh lawn - so much hard work involved in what was very grim weather too at times, but every day they turned up on time, cracked on, tidied up every night / kept us updated and also suggested a few design changes from our original thoughts which worked out really well. Would highly recommend if you are after a company who really pride themselves on the work they do and they will go the extra mile to make sure everything is correct. Thanks again lads - it's really appreciated all the professional work you've done & we now have an amazing garden we will really enjoy this summer. We've just had our garden finish by Dan and his team. We had an idea of what we wanted doing, Dan went through a better idea that would keep our patios all one level and this worked so much better. Matt and Harry were a pleasure to have working on our garden. They arrived on time every morning, they were polite, professional and cleaned up everyday. The standard of their work is fantastic, couldn't fault anything with them. We're over the moon with how our garden looks and would certainly recommend D Roe Groundworks. Thanks again guys
