        Excellent staff, they do try and help with your problems ,the phone service is a lot to be desired though, hanging on for an hr at a time..

        Can't get an appointment, if you can, it's never with a reoccurring GP, always with anyone who they can just pass you on to. Phone service is awful, receptionists are generally miserable and rude.

        Very Long wait time, but thats the same for every surgery really. When I got through after around an hour, staff were courteous and friendly, took care of all of my enquiries and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Lovely experience.

        nightmare of a place. cant get an appt for love nor money. have chronic pain after spinal surgery body rejecting pain patches cant even get to see a gp . They dont even have the correct email address on the web site
