From the start of our experience with Award Leisure we have had felt they have been nothing but friendly and professional. Great people to buy off. I left a good review of the service we had when we ordered this replacement spa saying I'd follow up when we'd had installation. Well, the great service continued and we can happily reccomend the company. From start to finish there was good communication, they turned up on time, were polite and helpful and obviously wanted to do the job well. It's a bit of a difficult installation due to access but we were able to work together to get it done. brilliant. Thanks top marks.

Very disappointing. Hot tub was dropped off delivery trailer, smashed in to driveway and broke side panel. Delivery team said it wasn't a problem and no harm done.
