I started work as a CareGiver with Home Instead Eastbourne and Hailsham during the first lockdown when I couldn't do my usual job. I received thorough training and lots of support to get me started in my role and am still enjoying my work and managing to fit it in around my main job now that I am able to be back doing that. I work with lovely clients and the support from the office team is fantastic. Would definitely recommend Home Instead as a place to work as well as being a company I would be happy to turn to myself if and when any of my own relatives may need some support to continue living independently and happily at home.

Absolutely the best care for both of my parents towards the ends of their lives. Enabled them to stay at home until possible. Without their care and support it would have been very difficult. . Thoroughly recommend.

Home Instead, Eastbourne & Hailsham, the home of a wonderful, efficient, supportive, friendly management team who care so much for their Caregivers as well as their clients! Help and guidance is always available when needed not only with care matters but if needed with personal issues too. Although work is generally lone work, you know you are part of a sizeable lovely team of Caregivers whom although do not meet very often through visiting clients are encouraged to participate in all the extra activities the office team arrange for us socially. I couldn't recommend a better organisation to work for. They are the best!
