From the initial survey by Stuart to the fitting by Dan and George, this company have been brilliant, ours wasn't a straight forward log burner installation, having had the chimney removed from 1st floor up, but Stuart found a route for a twin wall flue from 1st floor upwards. His knowledge is fantastic. Danny and George turned up on time on the date which was arranged, they are conscientious and very tidy installers, no mess was left on the days they were here. Had a Chesney wood burner installed about 3 months ago. First class service from the guy in the showroom, the fella that did the initial survey and the two lads who fitted the stove. Had a slight problem with the burner that was soon put right. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
