        An amazing little museum. I could easily have spent a few hours here ( had 3 young boys with me) kids shown a reasonable amount of interest too. So much crammed into such a small space. Two levels of very interesting artifacts plus the roof where you get great views all-around. If you have the slightest interest in anything military, then you have to visit if you're in the area. Highly recommended. See photo for current opening times as of Aug 2021.

        Well maintained Martello Tower at Point Clear in St Osyth, home to the East Essex Aviation Museum and next door to the Ferry Boat In and a short walk to the foot ferry to Brightlingsea. Very memorable building. My personal score is 10/10.
