        I have been dealing with this company for 13yrs and was happy with service up until I needed a refund for a tyre that never got delivered in December 2022 still waiting April 2023 we are now eleven phone calls on and no joy, next I will be stopping my direct debit and they can chase me for the money and time I have wasted. Your customer service is shocking, apparently this is quiet normal to be treated like this, well shame on you. Four Counties Garage , Tamworth.

        I worked here for nearly 2 years I enjoyed it dont get me wrong maybe the 2 runs I didn't agree with, I managed to find myself another job closer to home and notified them in good time and took nearly 200 WITHOUT AUTHORITY accusing me of missing tyres NEVER AGAIN and it's a shame because I got on with them all.

        First lady was helpful, and explained what I needed. Second guy hung up on me on discovering I didnt have an account number, as I wanted to check stock, having spoken to my local tyre fitter. Very rude and disappointing.
