        Went to subway after a hard day of work, hoping to kick back and have a steak and cheese sub, it was quick service and sublime taste of flavour that popped in my mouth like a rainbow of joy, the young lad on the counter was so polite, he made good conversation and was very professional, i asked the young man what his name was and i believe he said Josh, would highly recommend this subway due to its great staff and food, a tasty way to finish the day!!

        I go to this subway several times a week. It is always clean, the food is always tasty and the staff are friendly and attentive. The staff are an absolute credit to Subway.

        Visited Pocklington subway this evening (about 6pm) after waiting a while for someone to come from the back and serve us Abbie appeared. Put her gloves on and grabbed a napkin. She asked me what I wanted when I said a salad tray she shoved the napkin to aside and rolled her eyes at me. The potion was pathetic. 5 and it barely covered the bottom of the box . My husband also ordered a sandwich. She kept muttering when asking asking what he wanted in it and sighed when she had to repeat it. There were no pleases or thank yous and she looked utterly miserable. Terrible customer service. A smile and some manners cost nothing.
