With services like the Post Office on the decline, it is people like this man who make customers choose alternative businesses.
As other reviews have stated a course in customer service is needed here as well as a course in general human to human interactions!!
Clearly there is something very wrong with this man's life that he chooses to take it out on the customers. If he doesn't like his job that much he should quit.
