Sally clearly explained all the requirements, gave a rent value that was realistic and referenced to similar properties in the area. She managed the contractors to get all the required certification as we moved out of the country at short notice. Our house was rented almost as soon as it went on the market and we have been very satisfied with the service provided.

Our agent, Sally Davies, took great care of our needs and really empathised with our situation. Sally is a warm, open, and understanding person. She truly went above and beyond to see that we had the opportunity to get a rented property.
