        Called in yesterday the music was so loud couldn't hear what assistant was saying! App didn't deduct my fuel discount. Didn't get the receipt I asked for. Not the best experience.

        Very rude staff...make you feel about 1inch high when I tried to explain I had momentarily forgotten my pin number and would go and get it from the car. Very belittling. Not good for a regular visitor to the store. *Edited to 1 star, they didn't deserve the two star originally given.

        I reported a toilet not working to which the (grumpiest) girl behind the counter replied it was working earlier. Rude. All she had to say was sorry about that, we will get it looked at. Customer service capability of an apple. Its no wonder the service sector struggles

        Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you this morning to Fissal who, out of the kindness of his heart, replaced my flat tire. I wouldn't have been able to get my son to his theatre rehearsals without him. Fissal is a lovely young man and a real credit to his parents. Thank you so much
