Heidi Norton
The staff and manager particular are very unfriendly, not helpful and not child friendly. Having gone in many times I have not seen any of them smile. It is such a shame as they have some great items and the shop is neat and tidy. It puts me off going there!

Is this really a charity shop? Immaculate and full of fabulous bargains! If you've got kids and are in Pocklington...definitely one not to miss...great job to you all
