Fully and unreservedly recommend the service here. Battery wen in my ACER switch. Current IT support said "difficult to get into....difficult to find battery....replace the laptop and here's a quote for 900". James sourced battery, opened up, 80 and no hassle later - all sorted. Similar attitude to keyboard problem this week - just sorted it.

I usually leave 5 star reviews but here customer service is 0. I work in retail and would never kick a customer out because I had jobs to do when it was well within opening hours. Customers also should not be made to feel awkward for not knowing much about technology as shops like this should help/inform not belittle.
