Whole company is a joke. They are fraudsters plain and simple , the latter describing their engineers as they really don't know what they are doing.

Perhaps I was unfortunate but I got the rudest customer service rep who actually responded with "it's not my problem" when I couldn't find the serial number inside my broken oven and I asked what I should do. I'm kicking myself for not getting his name. The call ended with no resolution, I still have a broken oven and nobody is coming to look at it despite it having 6 months warranty remaining.

Worst cutomer service I have ever delt with bought a brand new range cooker both ovens faulty was tod need a gas check even though the ovens are electric said we didnt contact them for 2 months after we bought it eventually sent an engineer out after 5 months with parts pre orderd the parts where faulty and there was an aditional fault with the thermostat witch the engineer didnt have The people ypu speak to are advertised on google search as teknix cutomer service when you question them the say they are just an warranty agent ive spoken to about 5 different people and everyone of them is rude arrogant andI have explained to them that I am disabled and I have 2 disabledd children avoid teknix products at all cost I will never buy anything that has there name it seems there is no number for teknix customer service and if I coul have given them a zero rating i would have
