Two reasons for this poor review. Firstly build quality of the house, extremely poor. External door frames not level, no hot water to the bath for 3 months, bay window not level internally (required rebuilding), roof on bay window faulty, faulty electrical wiring resulting in power failures, supplied faulty carpets, scratched windows, red paint marks on patio stones, block driveway laid crookedly, insufficient insulation for bedroom above garage, and finally numerous decorating misses. More important is how Harron Homes deals with its customers. Their communication is appalling not returning calls, messages, and emails. Plain rude. They talk a good game about making remedies to the defects and fail to deliver taking months to fix and/or creating more issues in fixing them. Often the only way to get any resolution is to mail the CEO of the company Tony Lee. Sadly I am not an isolated resident with issues. Thank goodness for great neighbours and the view of the hills
