Constantly ignoring my delivery instructions which I update via the app. Keep delivering parcels to neighbours despite me specifically stating not to (and to either leave in a safe place or redeliver - I alter this depending on the parcel).
Don't reply to complaints (still waiting for a response sent via Royal Mail website on 4th February!!).
Wish there was an alternative!!
