When you're fortunate enough to find a great dentist you bless your lucky stars. Marissa is just that! She's exceptionally good at her job. Worked right through the Covid pandemic didn't shy away, and was also on the end of the phone when needed to give advice and support . So thank you and thanks to all the dental nurses Your a great team!

Marisa has been my dentist since i arrived in Pocklington, always couteous, always efficient, always helpful. Didn't run away during Covid, just took lots of precautions to keep us and them safe. Yes they are busy, but when i had an issue they put themselves out to get me in the same or the next day. Really good at reminding you for your annual checkup and they don't make you mess about getting a clean from a different part trained 'hygeinist', Marisa does it then and there as part of the visit. Please ignore the silly one star reviews from silly who had to wait on a phonecall...! These are good dentists, very busy but put themselves out to give you the best service they can.

No dentist for a year since ours left. no communication about replacement and seemingly no effort to communicate with their staff. highly unprofessional. if no stars were possible it would get one.

Not impressed. 20 minutes on hold all the while being told "you are number 1 in the queue ". What was taking so long??

I am new to the area and 2nd time round got registered and booked in having been advised they weren't taking new when I first moved. Marisa was fantastic. She sorted out a correction that was needed that my previous dentist was indifferent about doing, despite being the one who created the situation. Found out I had a part ruptured wisdom tooth which was giving me grief I never knew about. The likely source of many a tooth ache over the years and also told me I didn't have the gum disease my previous said I had! When I explained what my other dentist had advised she thoroughly checked again and said NO signs. A relief after a year of thinking my teeth would fall out.
