        Needed to speak to someone about an ISA, an advisor on the phone said I should call into the branch to discuss. I asked if i needed to make an appointment they said no - went to Branch and they said I needed an appointment. A little frustrating but not the branch's fault I guess. Otherwise handy to have in town, just make sure you make an appointment if needing to see someone.
