        I needed help with getting on to online banking. Not used it for a long time only used mobile banking, I was muddled about how to access my keypad number. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful and guided me through. She also helped with another query. Whenever I have visited this branch it has always been very positive. Thank you.

        I recently had to inform Pocklington of my mothers death. Completely unprofessional stoneyfaced clerk dealt with us. Didnt bother to introduce herself or offer condolences, asked for identification when I had POA, was an Exec of another a/c, had 4 personal a/cs and a former employee. She couldnt even be bothered to get up and see us out. Very Poor.
