Ive had carers, for the past 5 years and out of all the companies Ive employed, this is a 5/5 company! Carol works very hard and goes out of her way to accommodate your needs. Every carer, that I have/had really does care and always ask if theres anything else that I need. I really cannot fault them. I was very dubious, before employing them, due to their reviews, but I took a chance and Ive never looked back. Ive recommended this company to people that have needed care and to people that wish to work in the field! I wouldnt go anywhere else now, because Ive found the perfect company, that cares for my every need. Thank you team!

Not impressed ringing up out of hours and no answer, When they do say they will do something they do not, What happens if there is an emergency and no answer. They turn up late and hope you take your meds with 2hrs gap in between. Carers break things they broke unit, cups and bowels and carers did not own up and AHSIC did not repair it, They should be insured but I bet they are not.
